Thanks Justy, problem is that my feet are an awkward size (somewhere between a UK 3 and 4) so buying online is not a great option for me, especially if i have to wait for overseas shipping and then potentially have to have another long wait to exchange them if they are wrong

These are Euro sized. I normally wear a size 39 Euro, but in the closed toe mules I wear a 40. The shoe salesman told me they are supposed to be loose like the old clogs used to be. If it's a sandal, I wear my regular size 39.

Well I live in a pair of croc wannabes from the dollar store, and nothing beats them, but Clarks are good depending on the style, and El Naturalista is my greatest shoe LOVE. I call them frog shoes

I have these http://www.walkingonacloud.ca/1647-E...lack-N101.aspx and these http://www.sierratradingpost.com/el-...women~p~3810a/
but I seriously want one of everything in every colour available. I'd wear them exclusively if money were no issue.

I basically never wear heels since they're just not comfortable and I walk a lot and fast. So yes, comfy shoes for me!

My choices are usually ballerinas for summer and combat boots or some flat warm boots for winter. I haven't figured out a good option for when it's a bit too cold to wear the ballerinas anymore but the combat boots are a bit too heavy, but for those occasions I just buy something cheap which will fall apart soon anyway. I'm on the lookout for a more permanent solution.

I have club feet and fallen arches now (thanks to flip flops and UGGs) and my favorite brand, hands down, is Ecco. Ecco Receptor, specifically, because of the extra support and shock absorbtion. I discovered these when I lived in NYC and walked everywhere and had to ice my feet nights!

Another surprisingly good shoe for me are Blundstones - I got my first pair in 2004, wore them to a demonstration the next day and they were always comfortable, as well as waterproof.

Heels are out, sadly, for me, even though I like dresses and skirts. I usually pair them with big clunky boots to balance out the look of my tiny feet. Summer is short here and often quite rainy so I really only need closed shoes, but wear Merrills or Ecco ballerina flats if it is warm.

I bought 2 pairs of Toms, I got one pair of the classic type in black from ebay (for work) for just £19 brand new - they arrived today while i was in work so i'll collect from the post office tomorrow. I also got some second hand Toms bota ankle boots in black for £2!

I love my Sketchers shape-ups, not the tennis shoe ones, but they're black Mary Janes with a little strap over the top. They are so comfy.
