Flax oil capsules
Big dose of biotin
Trader Joe's women's multi
evening primrose oil
probiotics

Most of this is for my hair, but it does wonders for the rest of my body too

Multivitamin
Glucosamine/Chondritin/MSN (bad knees)
Vitamin E (I think it helps my skin...)
St. John's Wort (no insurance, cheaper than prozac )

Seems to do good stuff for me, I think my brain works better when I remember to take all that regularly. No clue why though.

Since I'm still nursing, I have to be careful with supplements (yup, even too much of those can be not-so-good). So right now I'm taking prenatals, EPO (500 mg), B complex, and occasionally calcium.

Oh dear bare with me and have a yawn.
Vitamin C
Biotin
Magnesium
Feverfew
Vitamin B2
Lysine
Mega Vitamin B
Immune Boost
Zinc

And today I bought some Ginseng to add to that list for energy and I have stopped a few or run out of others.
Have a major vitamin addiction.
I take 19 tablets a day at least that's the total today . I make up 6 days worth and put them into old vitamin jars.
