I'm on a multi vit, calcium & iron, combined oil capsules (fish, EPR etc) and green tea extract (if you'd count that as a supplement?)

Thinking about starting Biotin soon unless I discover something more effective for hair health.

I take a women's multi-vitamin. I also take vitamin E and omega/fish-oil on doctor's orders.

I am on a lot of stuff!

calcium citrate
magnesium
iron
methyl folate
B12
Biotin
Evening primrose oil
Fish oil
Kelp
Rhodiola
Vitamin C
Acidopholus
2 tsp Celtic sea salt

Also, a high potassium diet.

I'm doing really well on all this stuff.....my shedding has decreased enormously..I have a question about the biotin. I know it can cause acne; how long does it take for that to show up? No sign of acne yet and it's been a month.

Oh no!!! I was just about to order some biotin to help with my nails...I had no idea it can cause acne!! Ugh!

Now I'm nervous about ordering some.
