I keep mine in a slightly too small make up zipper bag ( the handles of the applicator brushes stick out and I can't get the zipper closed). I don't have a lot of make up but do need something just as portable but slightly larger than what I have.

My makeup and storage have changed a lot since I posted last. I no longer use mineral makeup exclusively and have expanded the kinds of products in my collection. My storage is different but not satisfactory. I have my eyeballs on this organizer and a couple of pretty, large apothecary jars with lids for my brushes.
My polish lives in two three drawer organizers from Michael's. I need a couple more... I am stashing in a hatbox. Time for better storage. LOL

I think this thread inspired me. I havent worn makeup in quite a while since it takes time i havent had and i miss it. So today i downsized i took my travel makup pouch put in my foundation, mascara, blush,two eyeshadows, and two makeup brushes. I figure maybe if i keep it simple and eliminate so many options maybe i'll start wearing it again.

My whole makeup stash is in an old wooden sewing box, and my everyday makeup is in a small black zipper case. My nail polish stash is in a Chinese box and spilling over because the lid is broken.
I really want an Ikea Helmer to keep all my beauty stuff in.

I have them in a makeup pouch in my drawer. My collection isn't much. Just a lot of liners n some lip stuff

I used to have my makeup in a bag with just one compartment but I always lost stuff in it. So I made a makeup bag with many compartments and places for each brush and it now fits all my makeup in there divided nicely. I can actually find stuff now! And the middle part of the bag can be removed (it's attached with velcro) and it doubles as a small makeup bag if I just want to take some makeup with me.
