A very good product for chapped skin areas that I've found is Weleda Skin Food. I used it all through the winter on my hands and areas of my face that became chapped from the cold and heat.

I often use the skin food as a night time moisturizer and I wake up with soft glowing skin.
If you don't have dry facial skin you can use it for spot treatments, e.g. on your nose when you have a cold or on dry lips, on hands, feet and ellbows. It's a nice nighttime eye cream too.
