Default Fit Flops -- yay or nay?

Didn't know if I should post this in Fashion, Movin' It or Coffee Shop, but here it be.

Does anyone own Fit Flops? If you do, please post what you think of them, and if they were worth the money. I am thinking of getting a pair, but not sure that I want to spring for the $.

I've seen these at Bath and Body Works. I'm not sold on the way they look, otherwise, I'd probably try a pair. I'm always looking for comfy shoes.

As far as the exercise benefits? I have no idea!

I think they're just ergonomically built, like Crocs or Birkenstocks, to help with back/foot problems.

Oh, here I thought it was just about flipflops, which fashion wise I toss in the same bin as Zoobas, sweat pants and mu-mus.

Honestly, I think a good pair of athletic shoes with inserts would be better for support.

I HAVE THESE!!!

I love them, I have had them for quite a while now and wear them most days, initially they made me feel like I was a bit unstable, a very small amount though not like I was drunk!
I really do love them and will buy another pair when these start to wear out, I would recommend them!!

gilly, how are they for arch support? I'm not a fan of how they look, but if they're comfortable, have good arch support, and will help get me in shape, I might have to get a pair

They are so comfy, once you are used to them you forget you are wearing them! I find them very supportive unlike normal flip-flops (thongs) these stop your foot from being too flat which I like, I am going to get a black pair next , I have a blue pair now and love them!

Hmm, I might have to try a pair on the next time I'm at the mall. I work out 4x a week, but I also do a LOT of walking on my days off from the gym, so if they'll help me tone my legs up faster, I might just buy a pair.

These look interesting... but I don't know if I am willing to spend $50 to try out interesting...

They could be great for teaching... all that standing and walking back and forth...
