I very much like 'Amira's Bellydance 101'. It's a bellydance video for beginners, and it's focused on doing the moves right rather than getting a good workout, but it's a VERY great video for starters. With bellydance videos, you can get one that's either focused on a workout or focused on on the dance, and it seems that you always have to sacrifice one for the other, but it's really worth it.

Of course, you still get a pretty decent workout doing this video, but probably less than one designed specifically for fitness.

I have the Level 1 Jillina video and I thought it was really good with learning how to bellydance.

I also have the introduction to bellydance by Dolphina and I don't find it that bad, but I'm also familiar with how to do it so I don't pay attention to her for learning how to do the moves.

I find Jillina's is for learning, Dolphina's is for the workout.

I just started a bellydance class on Wednesday. I don't know if my old ballet body will ever be able to let loose and do these moves, but I'm sure gonna keep trying! I'll be sure to check into the videos that CurlyCare, kimberlily and layri have mentioned too.
