How is everyone doing with their veganism at the moment?
I've just got back from holiday where I ate the most dull food ever (almost!) and am in a bit of a food rut! I don't know what to cook for cheap for just little old me. If anyone has any suggestions on cheap and healthy recipes for one (or ones that freeze well!) I'd be so grateful!

Joflakes how about chili? I make a chili recipe with black beans, chickpeas, and red kidney beans. It also has peppers, onions, diced tomatoes in it. Chili is tasty and can be spicy if you like, plus it freezes easily.
