I had been thinking of starting this thread for sometime. I want to make a compilation of all the foods that are good for hairgrowth and hair health. You can add a note as to what's present in it and how that is helpful. ![]() Any fish contain good proteins and EFAs. Eg. canned tuna, sardines, mackerel or the aforementioned salmon.
Soy milk, tofu, miso soup. The less processed the better. Brown/unpolished rice for B vitamins and fibre. Colourful veggies and fruit for antioxidants. Blackstrap molasses. Cheese in reasonable amounts ![]() I had a long list back in my LHC journal but can't access it right now ![]()

Seaweed too is good.....rich in minerals. I remember reading soya protein increases hair growth in a study......i can't remember where though. |

![]() Here's my theory: Dark chocolate is probably one of the best things you can do for your hair. Why? Well, everyone knows that eating dark chocolate reduces stress. And if you're not stressed, you're not pulling your hair out!!!!
Dark chocolate truly is its own food group.
