Default Hair foods

Hi!
I had been thinking of starting this thread for sometime.
I want to make a compilation of all the foods that are good for hairgrowth and hair health. You can add a note as to what's present in it and how that is helpful.
My list is:
Sprouts:contain silica
Milkroteins and some minerals.Proteins good for growth
Egg:Protein and vitaminB
Brewers'yeast:VitB
Beef, Chicken:Proteins

Add on your foods .
Thank you.

Nachos!!

But, seriously, how about avocados. They are high in good fats, which are good for your hair. And they taste great, too.

Any fish contain good proteins and EFAs. Eg. canned tuna, sardines, mackerel or the aforementioned salmon.
Soy milk, tofu, miso soup. The less processed the better.
Brown/unpolished rice for B vitamins and fibre.
Colourful veggies and fruit for antioxidants.
Blackstrap molasses.
Cheese in reasonable amounts
I had a long list back in my LHC journal but can't access it right now Whatever is good for your body is also good for hair.

Here's my theory: Dark chocolate is probably one of the best things you can do for your hair. Why? Well, everyone knows that eating dark chocolate reduces stress. And if you're not stressed, you're not pulling your hair out!!!!

Dark chocolate truly is its own food group.
