I kicked the soda habit before.See,my parents would buy soda and we would have soda at home every day.But usually,it was brands of soda I didn't like much.I decided to quit those sodas and on the special occassions that we would get good soda (I only allowed myself Pepsi and Coke),I would drink up.I don't know if this would work for you if you don't depend on your parents to buy you soda,but it worked for me and made me feel a lot better.

You can have your favorite soda once in a while and have water the rest of the time.Or,if you *must* have sweetness,try natural fruit drinks instead.

As for me,I want to give up the soda again.I think it is one of the easiest ways to lose weight.Unfortunately,I'm having a Coke craving now.
