For me - it's always chocolate - much to the detriment of my waistline(sigh).
I'm attempting to eat healthily right now and am losing weight Not dieting, just avoiding processed sugars, but slipped up slightly yesterday and ate a small bar of chocolate and a mouthful of chocolate sponge (It can be hard when you work as a cake decorator)! Yesterday was stressful, trying to keep up with so many customer orders and having to get everything done on time.
However, today is a new day
and work is always easier on a Saturday, might even get to finish early....
