What are your current supplements?
Mine are ever changing, but this is pretty much my typical routine.

Spirulina tablets (immune system, oxygenation, and general health)
Biotin (huge dose, hoping to coax my cells to regenerate fast enough to give me a new body)
5-HTP (depression - this stuff rocks my world)
Omega-3 complex (works hand-in-hand with the 5-HTP for depression, but also for general health)
Bromelain (my sinuses)
Acidophilus (body balance)
Natrol Energy Multi (just 'cause this stuff rocks)
Ester-C (also for immune system)

I've been alternating the Omega-3 Complex with Flax Seed Oil (with ground flax seeds) but have just heard that flax seed oil goes rancid very quickly after pressing, so am entertaining the thought of just buying flax seeds in bulk, keeping them in the freezer, and chomping on them everyday.

Anyone else? :)

Evening primrose oil capsule, 1 in the am, 1 in the pm, 1 at nighttime
Coral calcium tablet once daily
Cod liver oil capsule once daily
Msm capsule once daily
Bcomplex with iron tablet once daily
Biotin tablet once daily

A daily multivitamin, that's it.

A daily teen multi vitamin and a twice daily Hair, Skin and Nails with Biotin and Gelatin. Unfortunately, I always seem to forget the second tablet. :ooh:

I take every morning: a multivitamin, my iron and a vitamin for my hair.
When I'm at home I take at lunch a second vitaminablet for my hair.

Half a daily multi.
Calsium-Magnesium-Zinc tablet.
Herbal capsule for hair and skin, just for fun.

I'm really bad about taking them though... Especially with the multi, I skip days all the time because I just forget :whyme:

Chewable multivitamin (Flintstones--it really is the best!)
Iron tablet (with added vitamin C for absorption)

I'd like to take something for hair growth but I'm nervous about it affecting my skin... And I have a really hard time swallowing pills, hence the chewable multi. I cut the iron tablet into quarters with a pill cutter.

MSM & glocosamine/chondroitin (sp?) for recently diagnosed osteoarthritis in my left shoulder :purplex:
Ocuvite vitamins because they disagree with DH and I want to see if they help with my worsening eyesight :purplex: (aging sucks)
EPO/Fish oil/Barleans Women's oil, one of those a day (I mix it up)
I also have Digestive Enzymes I take if I'm going to eat lots of meat, like at a barbeque.
